Guns go to church

No one gets shot.
God does not strike them with lightning.
Amazing (but only to a hoplophobe).

200 citizens showed up at the New Bethel church in Louisville, Ky. to celebrate our traditions and history wearing firearms openly on their sides. More info and a photo here.

Maybe I'm missing something, but if there are no bullets allowed then what's the point?

Someone walks in to shoot the pastor for his stance on guns and they all beat him up??

Who said that there were no bullets allowed? It was listed as a 'cold range' and in my experience that means no loaded guns, but not loaded MAGAZINES on your person somewhere.
It's but the work of a fraction of a second to load a semi-auto
An event like this is an important baby step. It shows the world that simply having guns in a place doesn't cause violence. It puts guns into places you don't usually find them. It desensitizes people to them. It demolishes the arguments made by the anti-gun people against them.
No one died. No one was shot. No children were injured.
One step at a time. Rome wasn't built in a day.
